The Work

Every job photographed, straight from the Mesa bench. Real wheels, real damage, real repairs — no stock photos, no borrowed work.

Straightening

26″ billet Intro wheels — bent, straightened, refinished

A set of 26-inch billet Intro wheels came in with bent barrels. Each wheel came back true — straightened on the bench, refinished, ready to mount. Chrome hoops round again.

Crack repair

Cracked multi-spoke wheel — welded from the backside

This one arrived with a huge crack that someone had started to fix, then stopped — sealed with JB Weld to get by. There isn't room to weld between the spokes, so the crack was TIG-welded from the backside and stop-drilled, then the visible face cleaned up. Presentable — and safe — again. A crack sealed over fails; a crack welded fully closed holds.

Crack repair

Cracked Alfa Romeo wheel — welded, machined, refinished

Crack along the inner bead of an Alfa Romeo wheel. Welded closed, then the weld machined back smooth so the bead seats clean — refinished and safe to run again.

Curb rash

Full-lip curb rash — smoothed, primed, repainted

Really bad curb rash around the entire lip. The whole lip was smoothed out, primed and repainted so the repaired edge disappears into the factory black finish.
